Bayern Munich suffered a double defensive blow to news Alphonso Davies and Dayot Upamecano, suffering severe injuries during international duties.
Davies tore his ligament in his right knee to beat the United States in Canada on Sunday, and the left back will undergo surgery today.

Upamecano played a full 120 minutes in a 2-0 victory over Croatia on Sunday night, and even beat the shooting 2-2 in the bifoot national league.
But then it was discovered that there were floating fragments on his left knee, which would have left him “for weeks.”
