This is what you get when you try to customize the putter manufacturer

Everyone is excited to get a new golf club, but getting a new flat stick may be even more exciting.

After all, putters are the most commonly used clubs in bags, so it is not uncommon for many players to show a little personality with putters.

Last week, the fully equipped Wadeh Maroun received a new putt that certainly showed his roots. Maroun gets the brand new La Josi Putter. La Josi is a custom putter manufacturer in Melbourne, Australia, usually only custom putter designs, customers pick everything from neck, shape, facial material, milling patterns, Paintfill and more.

Despite being from Australia, Wade didn’t find La Josie until he moved to the United States and started playing golf. But he thanked for the opportunity to work with La Josie to make a putt that suits him very well.

“I think a lot of people think that, like putting, it’s like the main guy, what else,” Maroun said in this week’s fully equipped plot. “But now you can use putters, like those custom-made companies like La Josi, or even hug putters.

“The beauty of working with companies like this is that you can make it exactly what you want.”

Of course, putting with OEMs like Taylormade, Odyssey or Scotty Cameron (such as their proprietary technology and millions of dollars in a year) still has an advantage.

But if the budget doesn’t care and you want something unique, there are more options when customizing the route.

“But if you’re someone who likes factory putting that you have very specific needs and want,” Maroun said. “Like I need to have toe hanging from 5 to 10 to 15 degrees. It’s like I barely need to have toe. But I like to look at the plumber’s neck.

“So, working with this kind of guys, getting a long plumber’s neck there, which helps balance point out that makes it more facial-balanced, like you can’t do it with boring stuff. So it’s so cool to be able to work with these custom guys to build what you want.”
