Tottenham Hotspur is now eager to sign the Premier League’s “best” right-back and they are expected to open talks of agents soon.
Spurs pursuing defender in Udogie’s interests
Tottenham’s performance in the Premier League this season is a major reason for the attention, but Destiny Udogie has done enough to attract Manchester City’s attention while Pep Guardiola’s side struggles to sign the 22-year-old.
So if the 59-year-old continues to be managers and AC Milan’s Theo Hernandez has now been identified as a key goal, then this summer, Ange Postecoglou’s mission may be to introduce a new left back this summer.
It was also suggested that the Spurs could step up on the other side of the defense this summer and held talks last month to sign Flamengo right-back Wesley Franca, and now a new target has entered the frame next to the Brazilian.

The Spurs are playing for a midfielder who is also a target for Premier League rival Chelsea.
According to Offside, Tottenham Hotspur is now eager to sign Nottingham Forest defender Ola Aina, the Nigerian’s performance this season has attracted the attention of the entire Premier League club.
Newcastle United, Liverpool and Chelsea have also been named potential suitors for the defenders, so his signature could be intense this summer and he could also stay on the city ground.
Forest hopes to offer Aina a new long-term contract to defend against the interests of other places, but it may be difficult to retain his services, and the Spurs are expected to open agency talks in the near future.
The current deal for the right back will expire at the end of the summer, meaning he can transfer for free if he does not agree to the new terms with the Forest.

Aina is now the “best” right-back in the Premier League
The 28-year-old has been on a steady rise, becoming a key player in the Champions League’s Occupy Forest in the Premier League this season, spending time with Hull City, Fulham and Turin.
The London-born defender impressed the tricky trees and was described by former Nigeria International International Julius Aghahowa as “the best right-back in the Premier League”, proving that he is “effective” in both defense and offense.
Pedro Porro has been criticized for some of his defensive performances this season, suggesting that despite Tottenham Hotspurs this summer, Tottenham Hotspurs are wise, even though DJED SPENCE is one of their “best performers.”
Given his level of performance this season, Aina has proven himself to be one of the best options, and his potential availability in a free transfer is an additional bonus for Tottenham Hotspur.
