Which games are on TV in August? Timetable, channel, live broadcast

Except for the first round of Premier League matches in the 2025/26 season, all competitions will be exhibited on live television in the UK.

The match started in dominant champion Liverpool, while 2024/25 runner-up Arsenal resumed competition with Manchester United.

Champion champion and former top champion Leeds United are also featured in returning to top flights after two seasons in the second-tier season.

This is the full set of Premier League matches on Day 1, including the first weekend of the season for live broadcast.

All times are BST, and there is no live report on three games Saturday at 15:00. This list will be updated when more content is announced.

Premier League TV Show: When will the rest of August be announced?

The Premier League said the matches broadcast from day 2 to day 6 of matches cover the remainder of August and September and are expected to be announced around July 9.

Match Day 2 fixtures include a trip to Liverpool’s Champions League side Newcastle and a match between two European elites when Manchester City hosted Tottenham Hotspur this season.

When will the 2025/26 Premier League season start and end?

The last round of the matches will start at the same time on May 24, 2026.

No rounds will occur in each other for 60 hours, and there will be no fixtures on December 24.

2025/26 Premier League TV deal

Sky Sports and TNT Sports will share live broadcast rights to showcase the UK’s Premier League between 2025/26 and 2028/29.

The BBC Sport also has the right to highlight the matches of the day and audio shared with TalkSport.
