Born Golf Partners and Noteefy

Every average golfer noticed that finding the serve time is getting harder. On the one hand, this is good news for the golf course. A positive balance table with (usually) equal to the whole quotation paper. On the other hand, this can be frustrating for possible players.

Boyne Golf has long had an online kick-off system that sets prices dynamically based on demand. This itself helps to help mitigate the jam of the match time log by inspiring players to book TEEs in cheap but open locations (Albiet may be at “undesirable” times).

The course is doing something similar before online booking and instant pricing calculations. Saturday mornings are always more expensive than Saturday Twilight. But that’s guess and fixed. Born’s T-shirt time pricing technology is active.

Recently, Born announced another layer of its online system through a partnership with Noteefy.

With Noteefy, golfers can use Experred, but the full TEE Times currently gets an electronic waitlist. If there is a cancellation and a new serve time available, text and email notifications will be sent. Golfers can then log in to the regular booking system to get the tee.

Born will make Noteefy fully integrated into their regular T-shirt booking site.

This is a win-win situation. The golfer has a second chance on Joy, and the course avoids the sadness of potential loss of income.

The complete press release comes with details.

Boyne Golf Partners and Noteefy Automatic Tel-up Time Requirements System

Leading “Concierge” booking experience will impact all 11 courses in northern Michigan resorts.

Petoskey, Michigan. – Boyne Golf, one of the destinations of the U.S. Prime Minister’s Golf Resort, has teamed up with Noteefy, the first automatic tee time requirement system. 11 golf courses in the Born Golf portfolio will be affected, making it easy for golfers to do where they want and when.

Boyne Golf will integrate Noteefy alternate software on its website to book Tee Times at Bay Harbour Golf Club (three courses), Highlands (five courses), including the new Doon Brae short course, Boyne Mountain (two courses), and the Curved Tree Golf Club.

“Boyne Golf is creating fun experiences that if the booking process is hard, then the level of fun is reduced before the golfer even arrives at the property,” said Josh Richter, senior vice president of golf operations at Boyne. “Just like the blowable and desolate in the restaurant world, Noteefy is a concierge service for golfers to do the job, rather than forcing them to call the Pro Shop or refresh their screens to start.”

The golfer simply enters the required serving time and receives real-time text and email alerts when it is opened due to cancellation or new version, and then books the TEE time according to the normal process. They can select multiple courses in the Boyne Golf Collection to increase the likelihood of a contest by joining the alternate list. Golfers do not pay extra for this service.

“Boyne Golf always offers world-class hospitality,” said Jake Gordon, founder and CEO of Noteefy. “While Noteefy plays a key role in enhancing guests’ journey, we also bring meaningful revenue to Boyne Golf by prompting for a higher demand for rebooking and canceling the kick-off time that would otherwise not be filled.”

Boyne Golf joins the Black Desert resort, Cabot Citrus Farm, destination Kohler (Whistle Channel), Sand Valley, Stream Resort, Ocean Pine Resort and other famous destinations, taking advantage of noteefy. Among the top 10 multi-course operators and boutique operators and single-course owners, eight rely on Noteefy to drive revenue and enhance experience.

Research shows that more than 20% of serving time are cancelled and not rebooked, with an average loss of $50,000 per year. The common situation is to drive a six-digit top road gain directly to golf courses and resorts.
