He also worked as an assistant coach in Columbus Blue Jacket for five years. Shaw, who was among Tortorella’s staff from 2016-17 to 2020-21, had a record of 193-133-46 in 372 regular season games as the team won the Stanley Cup playoffs in four of five years.
