Amorim “trying to cope” because Man United Manager sounds rebellious on Squad Selections

Ruben Amorim said he was “trying to think about every aspect” after he named a smaller 18-man squad during a tour of Real Sociedad in Europa League on Thursday (5.45pm GMT).

Amorim appointed three goalkeepers for 16 rounds at the travel party, with defender Harry Maguire and midfielder Manuel Ugarte joining his injury list after Sunday’s FA Cup fifth round victory over Fulham.

“I see players who train with us and then I imagine a replacement.” Amorim was asked why he did not appoint more young prospects in his squad through Manchester United’s official website.

“That’s why I sometimes call [up] One or two. Then, I tried to see if they trained with us. Then, I tried to see if they were here to play or on the bench…I was trying to manage everything.

“I know it’s a big step for them. I’m trying to handle everything. When I [name] My team, I’m trying to think about every aspect…if the fans and the media look really good. ”

Manchester United Squad: Amorim “caresponsible”

United’s bench has no experience in recent matches, and he was appointed in November, working to achieve positive results in his first Premier League job.

18-year-old defender Ayden Heaven signed in the January transfer window at Arsenal – joining Europe for the first time, while 19-year-old goalkeeper Elyh Harrison and 17-year-old Harry Amass also played European teams in Spain.
